Drometra

Legal center

The documents that explain what data we process, under what conditions we provide the service, and what we hold ourselves to. Published in full, not on request.

Why do we publish all this?

The practice extended in telematics is to publish a short privacy policy and leave the rest - the list of sub-commissioned, the treatment annex, the retention deadlines - available "on request." The person who evaluates to hire needs that information before signing, and the person who owns the data, for example, a driver, will never be in a position to ask for it.

The entire publication has a cost: it forces us to keep it up to date and it exposes decisions that would be more comfortable not to explain. We assume it because the alternative is to ask for confidence without giving the means to verify it.

Privacy and personal data

What data we deal with, what basis of legality, how long and how you exercise your rights. It includes what it specifically applies to fleet and driver data.

Status of these documents

The 28 documents from this centre were written by Drometra on the current Chilean regulations and on Law 21.719, and are pending review by external legal advice prior to its final publication. Corporate identification already contains the confirmed data of Drometra. The fields on suppliers that are still pending must be completed with verifiable information.

If you detect an error or an obligation that we are not considering, write to [email protected]We'd rather correct it here than in a check.
