Police and emergency services

What a mobile is free and closer, and the part of each output.

Citizen security, ambulances and fire cars with changing states every minute. Drometra shows which is available and where, scores each exit and closes the part with what happened.

Illustrative scene of police and emergency services created for Drometra.

Three problems we know by memory

Let the power station know at all times what unit is free and where, and let each exit be left with its time of dispatch, arrival and its closed part, without depending on the radio or the watch book.

On the map the mobile is close, but still in a procedure

The operator sends the unit that sees the nearest and on the radio they answer that they are accompanying an earlier procedure. They are lost minutes looking for another.

The Platform shows each unit with its position and status, informed from Dromivia with a touch. The central leaves only available ones in sight and sees which one is closer to the direction of the call.

What we left set up
We set up the states that your power station already uses and the sectors that cover each unit, with the GPS that mobile carry today.
What you got next
A map that separates the free units from those occupied at the time of the call.

The time of arrival was recorded by someone by memory.

A family claims the ambulance was late. The care sheet says "arrival 21: 30," written by hand on return to the base.

Dromivia marks each milestone of the output at the time it occurs: release, exit, arrival, transfer and term, with each one's GPS position. The timeline is armed alone, without filling it later.

What we left set up
We define with you the milestones of each type of exit, which are not the same for a transfer as for a structural fire.
What you got next
A time-to-exit line, with hours taken at the time and at the place.

The part is closed days later, when it is closed

The endowment comes back, keeps the car and the part is left for the next shift. The picture of the place is missing and no one remembers which material was taken care of.

Dromivia does not give the exit finished without the part: observations, photos of the place and used material. If anything is missing, the exit is pending and the head of guard sees it on the console.

What we left set up
We set up with you the part form for each type of output, with the mandatory fields and the optional ones.
What you got next
Full parts on the same day and a short list of outstanding by endowment.

Friday at the municipal security centre

A call for an alarm is made in a centre. On screen there are six mobile phones: two in procedure, one loading fuel and three patrolling. The operator sees which of the free ones is closest, assigns the exit and the inspector receives it on the phone.

  1. Status of each unit

Each mobile, ambulance or car reports from Dromivia if available, on departure, on site or back.

  2. Assigned output

The power station assigns the nearest free unit and the exit is left with time of dispatch, arrival and term.

  3. Closed part

At the end, the endowment closes the part with observations, photos and the material that was used.

Alarm on Prat Street, three free phones and one to four blocks

  1. What happens

The warning of a robbery alarm is on a Prat street site. On the radio, two mobile phones say they are close, but one is still in the previous procedure.

  2. What the team does

The operator leaves only available units in sight and sees that the nearest one is four blocks away. He assigns the exit and the inspector receives it in Dromivia with the direction and navigation.

  3. How it ends

The exit is left with time of dispatch, arrival and end, and the part is closed with two photos of the forced access. The head of shift reads it that same night.

Questions you'll be able to answer

Every answer comes out of what your team already records at work. No one has to set up a spreadsheet for that.

How long does it take to get there, by sector and by schedule?

The difference between the time of dispatch and the time of arrival at each exit, marked in Dromivia with its position.

You move the waiting points from the units to the sectors and times where it takes the most.

How many hours does each available, busy or off-duty unit spend?

Time in each state per unit and per shift, from the state changes reported from Dromivia.

You know if you're missing units or you're out of service hours for late maintenance.

What parts are still open and what turn are they from?

Finished without full part, with the shift, the endowment and what is missing.

The head of guard closes them before the shift delivery and they don't accumulate.

Your first weeks with Drometra

  1. Day 1: we charge units, endowments, sectors and the states that use your power station.
  2. Week 1: the endowments report their status and mark the milestones of each output from Dromivia in a pilot shift.
  3. Week 2: We connect the GPS of the mobile and set up the part form for each type of output.
  4. Month 1: The power plant operates all the shifts on the console and we deliver the first time-by-sector report.
