Orders, catalogue, documents and telemetry can come from different systems. Define who keeps each data and how it relates to field work.

Michiva

Your day has enough questions.

Ask Michiva how the week is going or have it change a route you already planned. It answers with your account's numbers, and when you ask for a change, it sets it up for you to confirm.

It's Drometra's agent, and if your company prefers Claude or ChatGPT, it works with your API key.

Michiva, Drometra's robot, thinks with its hand on its chin among windows from Excel, Bsale and Defontana, missed calls, tasks and shipping orders.

Approve the routes and Michiva lets every customer know on WhatsApp.

Each customer gets the time their order arrives and a link to follow it, without you having to message anyone.

If a pickup breaks down, Michiva suggests who should take its deliveries.

When you confirm, the van picks up the stops and its driver sees them on their phone.

Ask who braked hardest and it shows you where and when.

Michiva sorts the week's hard braking by vehicle and by hour, so you know what to talk through with each driver.

Write the way you talk and it tells you where the month stands on fuel.

It tells you what you've spent so far and where the month would close, broken down by vehicle, with the report one tap away.

It tells you early what to check before the vehicles head out.

It might be stock that won't cover an order, an invoice the SII rejected, an order a customer turned down or a phone that stopped sending its location, and each alert comes with the fix ready.

Solutions for the work that really happens
