Food and beverages

Routes that respect the reception windows and take care of the cold chain.

A dairy van opens the door twenty times before noon. Drometra orders the route according to the reception windows, shows the temperature at each stop if there is a sensor and brings back the numbered containers.

Illustrative scene of food and beverages created for Drometra.

Three problems we know by memory

That the product will be cold and on time to each place, and that the van will return with the containers and the returns counted, customer by customer.

We arrived at the supermarket at 9: 10, and the platform closed at 9: 00.

The route went through the warehouses and the truck arrived at the supermarket when they no longer received. The cargo comes back and the claim comes the same.

Drometra weapons the sequence with the reception window of each site, and the dispatcher sees on the map which stop is about to lose yours. If you have to change the order on the road, the driver receives the change in Dromivia with notice.

What we left set up
We charge your premises with their reception windows, delivery days and download times, with supermarkets apart.
What you got next
Routes that reach the supermarkets inside your window and leave the warehouse for when you can.

The merchandise came warm and no one knows what stop it went through.

The manager of the minimarket rejects the yogurts. The driver says the van cooled all day; the sensor, at some point, says something else.

If the van has a temperature sensor connected to the GPS, Drometra shows the curve of the journey with each stop above. It is seen in which place the door was overopened, and a rule warns when the temperature comes out of the range you define.

What we left set up
We connect the sensors that already have your vans and load the temperature range of each type of product you move.
What you got next
A temperature curve per trip, with the stop where it moved.

Two hundred boxes of containers come out and come back one hundred and forty.

Returnees are counted in the winery at the end of the day, when there is no longer any way to know which client was left with the missing.

At each stop Dromivia asks for how many drawers and drums were left and how many were collected, along with the product returns and their motive: defeated, damaged or badly ordered. At closing, the console blocks the packaging per customer.

What we left set up
We charge your packaging types and your return reasons, and we leave the return count as a step in each delivery.
What you got next
Balance of packaging per customer and return on occasion, ready for the credit note.

Dairy delivery in San Bernardo

Eighteen stores, two supermarkets with only early platform and a minimarket that you receive after opening. The driver downloads fast, notes the packaging drawers you collect and on the console the temperature of the van is stopped by stop.

  1. Windows first

The route leaves for the supermarkets that receive early and leaves the neighborhood stores for later.

  2. Door and download

If the van has door and temperature sensors, each opening is attached to the stop that caused it.

  3. Returnable back

The driver scores collected drawers and drums, and the products returned with their motive.

Thirty liters of milk rejected in a High Bridge minimarket

  1. What happens

The manager touches the boxes and says the milk comes warm. The driver swears that the cold equipment didn't go out all morning.

  2. What the team does

The driver marks the return on Dromivia with photo. On the console the curve shows the temperature rising two stops before, in a warehouse where the door was opened while unloading drinks.

  3. How it ends

The dispatcher replenishes the milk on the afternoon route and the chief of operations converts with the driver with the on-screen curve. That warehouse now has a note: cooled first.

Questions you'll be able to answer

Every answer comes out of what your team already records at work. No one has to set up a spreadsheet for that.

What premises are we running away from the reception window?

Arrival out of the loaded window for each place, from the position of the van and the time of arrival that the driver marks.

You move those premises at the beginning of the route or you convert another window with the buyer.

Which customers accumulate unreturned packaging?

Cajones and drums left less those collected, per customer, from the count of each delivery.

Pack the containers or pick them up at the next visit, before they are missing from the plant.

What stops does the van lose cold?

Traces of the temperature curve out of range, crossed with the stop and discharge time.

You change the order of download or the way to load the van where it always passes.
