School transportation

The police know where the van comes from and the children's data are protected.

Tomorrow and afternoon tours, a driver, a companion and thirty connoisseurs looking at the clock. Drometra shows at which stop each van goes and keeps the data of the children after strict permits.

Illustrative scene of school transportation created for Drometra.

Three problems we know by memory

Let the school and the transporter know at all times where each van goes and what happened at each stop, without the information of a child being kept in sight of the person who doesn't need it.

The police call at 7: 00 and in the office no one knows what to say.

A crash on the avenue delays the route. Ten members write at the same time and the secretary does not know which stop the van is going.

The Platform shows the van on the map and the stops it already made, marked from Dromivia. The coordinator answers with the actual data: it goes at the stop six, fifteen minutes later than planned.

What we left set up
We charge each tour with your stops and schedule tomorrow and afternoon, and give the coordination a view of the map without access to the full payroll.
What you got next
A precise response for each constable, without calling the driver while driving.

The boy didn't come up and we knew when the van got to school.

The constable takes the view that his son is on his way. The school finds out about the absence at 8: 30, when he's ready.

In Dromivia the companion marks each stop as an increase or absence. The absence appears instantly on the coordination console, which warns the family through the school channel while the van follows its route.

What we left set up
We agreed with the school what is marked at each stop, who receives an absence and why the family is contacted.
What you got next
Every known absence at the time, not by passing list.

Children's data cannot be on resent sheets

Names, addresses and phone numbers of people on a board that runs by mail every March, and a GPS that follows the driver on weekends.

Drometra separates what each role sees: driver and companion see the names of their journey and nothing else; the rest of them see stopped by code. No photos of children are asked, each access is noted and Dromivia stops following the driver out of turn.

What we left set up
We define with you the roles, what each sees, and the hours of shift, and we charge the payroll only once, with no loose spreadsheets.
What you got next
Data on children visible only for those who need them and only for the duration of the shift.

Seven in the morning, one way

The van leaves at 6: 50 with 11 stops. In the fourth the child does not leave the house and the companion marks it on the phone; in the office, the coordinator calls the constable before the van doubles the corner.

  1. Revised output

Driver and escort open the shift at Dromivia with the van inspection before the first stop.

  2. Stop by stop

Each rise or absence is marked at the stop, and coordination sees the way forward on the map.

  3. Arrival and closure

The shift closes with the arrival at school, and the driver's follow-up stops at the end of the tour.

No one at 7: 22.

  1. What happens

Tomorrow's tour arrives at stop seven and there is no one at the door. The driver is waiting for the two minutes that the carrier's protocol is set.

  2. What the team does

The companion marks absence in Dromivia and the van follows. The coordinator sees her on the console and calls the constable: the child was born ill and today does not go.

  3. How it ends

The school is aware of the absence before the doorbell is played. In the afternoon, the coordinator takes the seven stop from the return route and the van does not stop in vain.

Questions you'll be able to answer
