What was done and what is missing?
Order, attempt, acceptance and pending. Define if you are counting jobs, visits, orders or units before comparing.
A partial delivery, a wait and a vehicle without a signal should not disappear when turning the work into a report. It connects defined data sets to the tool you already use.
| Reference | Outcome | Source |
|---|---|---|
| VIS-A | Complete | Visit |
| VIS-B | Partial | Visit |
| VIS-C | Retreat | Visit |
Three different results. An arrival is not automatically counted as full delivery.
Explanatory outline. The connection and its scope are validated for each case.
Order, attempt, acceptance and pending. Define if you are counting jobs, visits, orders or units before comparing.
Trayecto, wait and care with valid milestones. An interval without signal is kept as incomplete coverage, not as zero activity.
Allocation, observation and status confirmed by the person responsible. A location at the base does not state that the vehicle is available.
Compare requires to know what was measured, with which source and during which period. The aim is to bring that reading to your BI tool without losing the conditions that make it valid.
If a report only counts closed visits, a partial delivery may seem like a complete delivery. The whole must keep the result of the visit and the amounts accepted separately. So you can investigate the difference rather than hide it in a total.
An illustrative example.
What decision you want to make and what period you need to compare.
