Drometra

Policy compliance

Papers a day, notices before they win, and all by hand in a control.

Drometra will let you know before the permit, the SOAP, the technique or a license is won, and leave the papers on the driver's phone for when they stop it on the road, even if there is no signal.

Permission and SOAP in force, the technical review with notice "ends Friday" and the note "Technical: concludes Friday, procedure: fleet chief."

Each maturity, with notice and responsibility

Movement permit, SOAP and technical review per vehicle, and driver's license. Drometra will let you know in advance of your choice and tell who the procedure is.

  • Fleet maturity schedule
  • Notice to the person who does the procedure
  • Photo of the original
The three papers a day, with the technical review renewed on Wednesday and loaded in the truck.

No truck comes out with a beat paper.

The technique is renewed on Wednesday and is loaded in the truck. If a vehicle has a mandatory expired paper, it is marked when it is assigned, and if it does go out, it is registered who authorized it.

  • Documents that prevent you from leaving
  • Registration of who authorized
  • Licences to be renewed
Night control on Route 5: the driver shows permission, SOAP, technical review and unsignalled dispatch guide.

The papers on the phone, even if there's no sign

If you stop on Route 5 at 11: 00 at night, the driver opens Dromivia and shows the permission, the SOAP, the technique and the guide of the trip. The papers go down to the phone before leaving.

  • It works without a signal
  • Always the ones from the vehicle that drives that day.
  • Travel dispatch Guide

Examples

I was stopped on Route 5, by Phidangui, type 11 of the night. There was no sign. I opened Dromivia and showed them the movement permit, the SOAP, the technical review, which we had renewed that same week, and the dispatch guide. I was allowed to follow the shot.

Manuel Reyes

Truck driver

On Monday, I got a warning that one of the drivers was getting a professional license on Friday, and he had the Saturday trip to Los Andes. I got him time for Wednesday. He left the trip on hold, just in case. Thursday he took the picture of the new license and Saturday he went normal.

Questions you'll be able to answer

Every answer comes out of what your team already records at work. No one has to set up a spreadsheet for that.

What's over in the next 30 days?

You do the paperwork in a quiet week, not the day before.

Dates of maturity of each document, by vehicle, driver and type.

How many exits did they have any beat-up paper?

You know if the notice, the procedure or the dispatch failed, and you run there.

Travel issued with at least one expired mandatory document when you leave.

Does every cargo trip carry your dispatch guide?

You complete the trip that was left unguided before the controller or the claim arrives.

Work with closed load with and without guide, from Dromivia and your electronic billing.

How you start

  1. Day 1

Upload the papers of each vehicle and driver with its maturity and the photo of the original.

  2. Week 1

Decide which documents prevent you from leaving, how early each one warns and who does each procedure.

  3. Week 2

Drivers open their papers in Dromivia and prove that they are seen without a sign on a real output.

  4. Month 1

Connect your electronic billing so that the dispatch guide is next to each trip.

So that there are no surprises

  • Drometra carries dates and copies of your documents. It does not make the formalities or replace the originals that a controller may require.
