Global operation

Several bases, with their time and currency, in a single fleet.

Punta Arenas goes an hour ahead, Lima a late and in suns, and the parent house in Santiago wants to see everything together. Each base works in its time and with its people, and you see a single fleet.

Map with three bases: Lima at 06: 00 before opening, Santiago at 07: 00 en route and Punta Arenas at 08: 00, en route an hour ago.

Each base in your local time

At 07: 00 in Santiago, Punta Arenas has been on the road for an hour and Lima has not yet opened. Tours, deliveries and maturities of each branch are seen at its own time.

  • Time zone per branch
  • Currency of its expenditure
  • Documents requested by your country
Panel "07: 00 in Santiago" with the days of Lima, Santiago and Punta Arenas in a single line of time.

The parent house sees a single timeline

In Santiago, the three days are arranged at the same time. No one subtract hours of the head or order any spreadsheets by mail.

  • Boards that add up to all bases
  • They go down to a base, a truck or a job.
  • A day, Monday at first hour
Panel "Each base, from 07 to 17" with the day of each branch at its local time.

Every person sees what he's up to.

The head of each base operates his own and the parent house looks all without operating any. With the Enterprise SSO, who leaves the company loses access that same day.

  • Permissions by role and branch
  • Entry with your company account
  • Who sees costs you decide

Examples

In the winter, when the first route comes out in Santiago, Punta Arenas has been working for an hour, and in Lima they still don't open. I was all day adding and subtracting hours. Now every base sees its day in its hour and I see them together on the same screen.

Ignacio Morales

Operations Manager

We had a truck in the workshop right in the high season, and Concepción lent us one for three weeks. He came with his history, the maintenance pattern and the papers, so I could send him out the next day. I didn't see the costs of them or them our routes, which was what I was worried about. When we returned him, the tab had the three full weeks.

You move a vehicle between bases before you rent one.

How much does a kilometer cost at each base?

Compare similar bases and separate what is from the operation from what is of the place.

Fuel, tolls and maintenance of each branch, in its currency, over the kilometres that made its vehicles.

Who has access to what in each branch?

You close the access of the one who changed base or left the company the same day.

Users, roles and branches assigned, from the administration of permits.
