In summary

  • Right the public site, not the contracted platform, which has its own conditions.
  • The content is informative: a figure published here is not an offer or a contractual guarantee.
  • Nothing published constitutes financial, tax, accounting, investment, or legal advice.
  • Several features described on the site are in beta, lab, or pilot, and are labeled as such.
  • You can quote and link our content; you can't extract it massively or republish it as your own.
  • The papers and books we refer to belong to their authors and publishers.

This summary guides the reading and does not replace the text of the document.

01Acceptance and scope

By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not agree, the way is not to use them. These terms cover drometra.com and its public subdomains, including the resource center and documentation of API.

The use of the contracted platform is governed by the general conditions of service and the contract signed with each client, which prevail over this document in what it touches the service.

02Nature of the content

The product descriptions, performance figures, case results and estimates of the calculators are referential: they depend on the configuration, fleet and operation of each client, and do not constitute offer, promise of result or contractual guarantee.

The technical and research content - including the papers and books we refer to - are published to facilitate access to the knowledge of the area. They are not professional advice and do not replace a specialist's criterion for a particular case.

03No financial, tax, or legal advice

Drometra develops software to operate fleets, deliveries, and field services. It is not a financial institution, is not an investment adviser, does not provide accounting, auditing, or tax representation services, and does not practice law. No content on this site —articles, guides, calculators, glossaries, comparisons, pricing examples, or responses from an assistant— constitutes financial, tax, accounting, investment, or legal advice.

References to regulations, for example to obligations before the Chilean Internal Revenue Service (SII), to Law 21,719, or to the Labor Code (Código del Trabajo), are published as general guidance as of the date indicated on each page. For specific decisions, consult a licensed professional familiar with your case.

04Products in development, beta, or pilot

The site describes products at different stages. When a feature is in beta, in the lab, in pilot, or in development —currently the case for, among others, Drometra Vision, Drometra Spaces, the Dromivia app, and the Michiva language layer— we say so on the corresponding page. That description expresses intent and design, not an offer of immediate availability, and may change or be withdrawn before launch.

05Use permitted and not permitted

You can navigate, read, quote with attribution and link any page on this site. Linking does not require permission and we do not condition it.

  • Do not try to access restricted systems, accounts or areas without authorization.
  • Do not interfere with the operation of the site or try to degrade it.
  • Do not extract content in an automated and massive way without prior authorization. A reasonable tracking that respects Robots.txt does not require permission.
  • Do not republish the content as your own or use it to train commercial models without agreement.
  • Do not use Drometra marks to suggest backup, association or membership that does not exist.

Security investigation

The safety tests carried out in good faith under the responsible disclosure policy are not considered to be a violation of these terms, and we will not take action against those who carry them out within that framework.

06Intellectual property

The design, texts, software and brands of this site are from Drometra or its licensors. Using the site does not transfer any rights over them.

The bibliographic references of the resource centre cite works of third parties and refer to the original source. We do not house or distribute these works: the rights are of their authors and publishers, and access to the full text depends on the conditions of each editor.

If you consider that a content of this site violates your right, write to us [email protected] indicating the work, the exact location and the title you invoke. We review and respond; if the offence exists, we remove the content.

07Availability and responsibility

We ensure that the site is available and that your information is accurate and effective, without ensuring continuity or lack of errors. We can modify or remove content at any time.

The site links to third-party content - bibliographic sources, editorials, repositories - on which we have no control. These links do not involve support, and their availability and conditions are the responsibility of each third party.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights that Chilean law recognizes to consumers and the responsibilities that cannot be excluded by agreement.

08Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Chilean law. Disputes are submitted to the ordinary courts of Santiago de Chile, without prejudice to the right of the consumer to have recourse to the court of his home and to the rules of public order of his country of residence.

Ley 19.496 · On the protection of consumer rights

In consumer accession contracts, clauses that limit the supplier's liability or reverse the burden of proof to its detriment do not have effect.
