Drometra

Regional and local government

Each neighbouring request passes through the ground and returns with a response.

Aljibes, backexcavators, inspection vans, and toilet and ornament panels leave each morning with orders from the previous day. Drometra ties each request to a job, a unit and a response to the neighbor.

Illustrative scene of regional and local government created for Drometra.

Three problems we know by memory

That each request of a neighbor ends in a job done, with photo and time, and that each municipal vehicle has a use that can be explained to anyone who asks.

The application came in for the OIRS and no one knows if anyone was

The neighbor calls again the week. His order is on a spreadsheet of the office, the crew never received it and now the claim comes by the mayor's cabinet.

In the Platform each request becomes a work with direction, sector and assigned unit. The crew receives it in Dromivia, closes it with photo and comment, and the office responds with what happened on the ground.

What we left set up
We charge the types of application that each address, such as water, pruning, baccalaureate or removal of debris, and who assigns each.
What you got next
An application tray where each has owner, status and closing date.

The retro is busy, but no one knows where to go.

Works ask for the back excavator for a ditch and Operations has it deweating across the commune. They find out when the operator is already on its way.

Asset tracking shows where each machine is and what work it is assigned to. The machine manager sees the orders of all directions on the same agenda and decides with the map next to it.

What we left set up
We connect the GPS that already have the machines or the operator's phone, and we set up the shared agenda between the addresses that ask for machinery.
What you got next
A machine schedule that all directions see the same.

The end of the month comes and we have to give up the use of each van

The paper log says "land" on all exits. An inspection van appears with miles that no one scored.

Drometra crosses each exit with the work that justified it, the driver and the tour. The exits without associated work are marked, and the monthly surrender comes out of the console, not from an armed sheet by hand.

What we left set up
We charge the municipal park with patents, authorized drivers and the direction to which each vehicle belongs.
What you got next
A monthly use report per vehicle, driver and address, ready to deliver.

Monday in the direction of operations

At eight there are twelve water applications in rural areas, a tree dropped in a passage and a retro that follows in front of last week. At nine the aljibe has its route, the ornate band goes to the passage and the inspector knows where the retro is.

  1. Request for work

What comes in by the OIRS, the phone or the mail is left as a work with direction, sector and priority.

  2. Field crew

The aljibe driver or the crew leader sees his work at Dromivia and closes each with a photo when he is finished.

  3. Response to the neighbor

The office sees the job closed with time and photo, and answers the request with what was really done.

Twelve ponds on the route of the aljibe and a closed gate

  1. What happens

The aljibe comes out with twelve water supplies in rural areas. At stop nine the gate is closed and there is no one in the house.

  2. What the team does

The driver marks the delivery as not made in Dromivia, with photo of the gate and the time. The office calls the family and leaves the pond for the next day on the same route.

  3. How it ends

The application does not appear as determined when it is not. The family receives a call before they have to claim, and tomorrow the aljibe already knows that it must pass.

Questions you'll be able to answer

Every answer comes out of what your team already records at work. No one has to set up a spreadsheet for that.

How many applications are closed this week and how many are still open?

Work created from neighborhood applications, by state, sector and address, with the date of entry and the date of closure.

You see which sector is waiting longer and you move a crew before the claim comes.

What trucks come out without a job to justify it?

Departures from each vehicle compared to the work assigned to that unit and that driver on the same schedule.

You convert with the direction that corresponds to the detail in your hand and adjust who can take out which vehicle.

How much does the shroud give up on a day?

Closed water deliveries per route, with miles, hours en route and failed deliveries for reason.

You decide whether the rural sector needs a second tour or a change of hours.

Your first weeks with Drometra

  1. Day 1: we charge vehicles, machinery, authorized drivers and the municipal addresses that each unit uses.
  2. Week 1: drivers and crew leaders work with Dromivia in a pilot service, such as water or toilet and ornament.
  3. Week 2: the local requests for this service enter as jobs and come out answered from the console.
  4. Month 1: We deliver the first use report per vehicle and add the other addresses with the same method.
