How it works

You send the application
By this form or writing to [email protected]. Indicate what right you exercise and what data it accelerates everything.

We acknowledge receipt
Within 2 working days, with a case number so you can follow up.

We checked your identity.
We ask for the minimum necessary to confirm that you are the one you say. It is a guarantee from you: without that step, anyone could ask for your data.

We answer.
Within 30 days of running, you can only be extended for the same time if the application is complex, warning you before the first one wins.
If you're a driver
On the data generated by your driving, the processing company is the company that uses you: it is the one who decides what is recorded, for what and for how long. Drometra is responsible and cannot modify or delete these data on its own initiative; it would be to do so outside the instructions of the responsible.
Also send the form. We identify the person responsible, transfer your application within 5 working days and confirm that we did. We do not inform you anything beyond what is necessary to process it, and we do not record your application in any register your employer routinely consults.

If you don't agree
You can claim with the Personal Data Protection Agency, directly and without exhausting any prior management with us. You claim not to exempt us from responding, and we do not admit any form of retaliation for exercising a right.
If the problem is labour control and not data protection, the way is the Labour Inspectorate.
