Your warehouse also has one last mile.

From the order that comes by message to the bags that the neighbor receives, without losing any replacements or earrings.

Check my way of working
He's in charge of a neighborhood warehouse, checking out an order next to redeemable boxes.

The place continues to serve as you prepare a delivery. Someone changes a product, another asks to receive later and a bag needs to be kept separate. SOLO connects those details to the order and exit of your vehicle, so that they do not depend on remembering the last conversation.

Does that sound familiar?

  • The order changes after you've already prepared the bags.
  • A partial delivery is confused with a fully served order.
  • The money received at the door is not related to your order.

Your day, with a clear next step

A version that everyone understands

Order

Collect products, quantities, address and contact. If you receive requests from different channels, strengthen each order before preparing; do not assume automatic import of any chat.

Replacements before loading

Preparation

Separate stock, alternative product and customer decision. Use the right unit for each line: a quantity of bags does not replace the detail of units or kilos.

The stop with its conditions

Breakdown

Relate each bag or package group with the order and its window. Consider access to the building, reception contact and delivery time when ordering the stops.

What was received, the balance and the collection

Reception

It retains accepted and outstanding amounts, along with the result of the attempt. It records the means of payment and its reference; a announced transfer is not treated as a confirmed collection.

A product changes before leaving

The commitment

An illustrative order includes a product that is exhausted while preparing the distribution.

What changes

The customer accepts an alternative. The preparation retains the agreed replacement and the amount; the route maintains the same order reference.

A closure that explains

The reception is compared to that version. If something returns to the premises, it is identified without closing the order completely or taking a pending transfer for granted.

An illustrative example, it's not a testimony.

Information worth keeping

Related order and preparation

Who asked what and what was the last modification accepted before loading.

Earrings that come back with you

Undelivered products, destination and next decision: call, retry or return to the premises.

Separate distribution of the collection

You can check deliveries and payments without confusing a visit completed with money received.

Let's start with a day of your business.

Choose a regular service and check what information you need, who decides and how you know it ended.

  1. Your current way of receiving orders and confirming changes.
  2. Delivery areas, times and limitations of your vehicle.
  3. Means of payment used and how you check each.
