Drometra SOLO · Florist and gifts

You don't give up any box, you give up a moment.

Relation of preparation, addressee and time for the detail to reach the person.

Check my way of working
Florist carrying a bouquet in front of a neighborhood, on a cloudy morning.

A surprise has two different customers: who orders it and who receives it. An incomplete address or a call to the wrong person can change the experience. SOLO allows you to propose the tour by keeping the details of each order and the conditions for delivering it.

Does that sound familiar?

  • The buyer is confused with the consignee when confirming delivery.
  • The reception strip does not accompany the bouquet when it is loaded.
  • An absent consignee requires that he improvise without consulting the buyer.

Your day, with a clear next step

Differentiated buyer and consignee

Charge

It relates the order to the person who orders it and defines who can be contacted during the distribution. It only retains the necessary data of the dedicatory and the recipient, with limited access.

Each package with your order

Preparation

A tour that respects the commitment

On the way.

It orders stops considering reception hours and care time. It retains the agreed conditions for deliveries to buildings, offices or authorized receptions.

If you change the receiver, it's clear.

Delivery

Distinguish target, authorized third party and failed attempt. If you cannot deliver, record the reason and consult the next action instead of closing the visit as full delivery.

The destination still doesn't reach the office.

The commitment

A person orders a bouquet to deliver on an agreed strip, keeping the surprise.

What changes

At the reception they report that the destination is not yet there. The authorization to leave with a third party is reviewed or the person who made the order is consulted.

A closure that explains

The result identifies what happened and who received, or leaves the reattempt pending. A photo of the bouquet in the vehicle is not used as a reception voucher.

An illustrative example, it's not a testimony.
