An event with known conditions
Commitment
Collect location, contact, entry window, service hours and conditions confirmed by the organizer. Keep documentation and pending without filing a reservation as a permit to operate.
Drometra SOLO · Food trucks
Prepare each day, its inputs and commitments, from the first point of service to the return.
Check my way of working
In a food truck, the vehicle is part of the place. A change of location affects transfer, time, preparation and supply. SOLO proposes a day that links these commitments so that you can concentrate on taking care without losing what the next service needs.
Commitment
Collect location, contact, entry window, service hours and conditions confirmed by the organizer. Keep documentation and pending without filing a reservation as a permit to operate.
Preparation
Check inputs, equipment and opening tasks. Difference what you plan for what you actually load; stock control can continue in the sales system that your business uses.
Service
Record arrival, beginning of attention and new developments that alter the plan. A replacement or a change of schedule needs to be responsible, not another loose note that no one knows if it was resolved.
Closure
Related costs and closing references to the event. It is for POS sales, confirmed payments and operating expenses; it leaves cleaning, replacement and maintenance as specific tasks.
A food truck prepares a service for an activity with agreed time and place.
Access is delayed. The day is updated, the change is confirmed and preparation and replacement are reviewed with the person responsible.
The actual time and the reason for the waiting remain. The closure retains its outstanding expenses and tasks, without converting an estimate of sales to real income.
An illustrative example, it's not a testimony.

What is necessary to open and who is in charge of what is still missing.
Timetable, recorded expenses and POS references. The analysis retains its sources.
