Field services

Visits prepared before leaving and closed with the client's signature.

Air conditioning technicians, elevators or telecommunications that arrive without the piece and return another day. Drometra prepares the visit before the technician leaves and closes it with the customer's signature.

Illustrative scene of field services created for Drometra.

Three problems we know by memory

Let the technician arrive only once, with the piece and tool that asks for the failure, and let the order be closed with the signature of the person who received the job.

We went, we diagnosed, and we came back another day for the spare.

The client reported "no cold." On the roof the technician discovers that he is the contactor, and the contactor was left in the cellar.

In the Platform each order carries the installed equipment, its model, the previous visits and the materials planned for that failure. The coordinator sees it before assigning, and the order comes out with what he needs instead of an address and a name.

What we left set up
We charge your customers with their installed equipment and the types of order you use, with the usual materials of each failure.
What you got next
Orders that come out ready and a record for every team you keep.

The nearest technician is not always the one who serves

The failure of an elevator is ten blocks from a air conditioning technician and forty minutes from the only one carrying the calibration equipment.

The live map shows each technician with the order he / she attends and when he / she should finish. The expensive tools carry an asset tracker and appear on the same map, so you know which van each goes in.

What we left set up
We set up trackers in the tools that, if they are missing, prevent a job from being completed, and we group the technicians by specialty.
What you got next
The decision to whom to send, made with the map and the tools in sight.

The client says no one came and we don't have a way to show it.

The building manager claims maintenance of the month. The technician claims it was, but the signed sheet was in the glove compartment.

Dromivia closes the order with the customer's on-screen signature, the equipment photo and the corresponding reading: pressure, temperature or signal level. Everything is tied to work with its time and place, even if there is no coverage in the machine room.

What we left set up
We arm with you the closure of each type of order: what photos, what readings and when the signature is required.
What you got next
A signed order that the customer can receive on the same day, along with the invoice.

A Monday at a air conditioning company

At 8: 00, there are 12 orders: six preventive maintenance, four failures and two facilities. A chiller failure asks for a compressor that only carries the 4-truck. The coordinator passes the order from the map before it leaves the base.

  1. The order is complete.

Equipment, model, reported failure and likely replacement go to work before you assign it.

  2. The technician who serves

The coordinator sees on the map who's close and what he's carrying, and sends the order to his Dromivia.

  3. Conformity signature

The client signs on the technician's phone; the equipment photo and final reading are in order.

A jiller in detention and the compressor in the wrong van.

  1. What happens

A supermarket reports a chiller in detention at 10: 00. The assigned technician is nearby, but the replacement compressor goes in another van, across the city.

  2. What the team does

The coordinator opens the order, sees the team's history and map, and reassigns it to the compressor's technician. Michiva shows you what visits that technician is taking place before confirming.

  3. How it ends

The technician arrives with the piece, leaves the equipment working and the head of local firm according to Dromivia. The order is billed that afternoon and there is no second visit on the agenda.

Questions you'll be able to answer

Every answer comes out of what your team already records at work. No one has to set up a spreadsheet for that.

How many orders do we decide on the first visit?

Orders closed as resolved on your first visit on the total, from the Dromivia closures.

You see what failure comes back more often and what a spare you should always travel in the van.

What teams of a client call us over and over again?

Equipment orders installed, with the reason and the technician of each visit.

You come to the renewal of the data contract, or you propose to change a equipment that no longer needs to be repaired.

How much time does the technician spend on the team and how much on traffic?

Time in place between arrival and closure of each order, compared to the time of transfer of the day's journey.

You order the schedule by area and you know how many visitors really fit in one shift.

Your first weeks with Drometra

  1. Day 1: We import customers, addresses and equipment installed from your spreadsheet or command system.
  2. Week 1: The technicians work their royal orders in Dromivia, with signed closure and photos.
  3. Week 2: We install trackers in critical tools and refine the types of order and their materials.
  4. Month 1: We measure with you the resolution on first visit and set which parts always travel.
