Michiva
Ask about your fleet in your own words and it answers with your account's figures.
It lives in the Drometra console, right next to the map. Every answer includes the link to the report the figure came from, so you can check it whenever you like.

Write to it the way you'd write to someone on your team.
You type “how much did we spend on gas this month” and Michiva understands you're asking about this month's fuel, even if you skip accents and punctuation. It answers with what you've spent so far and what each vehicle used.
Sample account. To work out fuel, Michiva uses the mileage and the price per liter you record in Papers.
Ask in your own words
You can tap the questions as buttons or write them your own way, without accents or punctuation. Michiva understands whether you're asking about the week, the month, fuel, where the vehicles are, who went out after hours or which papers are expiring, and it answers with your account's data. If you ask something it doesn't know yet, it tells you so and shows you what it does know.

How's the week going?
So far this week, your fleet has covered 312 km in 41 trips, with 31 h 20 min on the move. 36 of 40 deliveries were made, 90% on time.
I checked 18,240 GPS points, 41 trips and 52 stops from 4 vehicles.

Michiva on its own, or with Claude or ChatGPT
Michiva is Drometra's agent, and with Michiva Pro it understands your written questions on its own, just as Claude or ChatGPT would. If your company already has an Anthropic or OpenAI API key and prefers to use it, it pastes it into the settings. Drometra always calculates the figures with your account's data, so the answer is the same with any of the three.
If you don't save a key, Michiva keeps answering.
Every figure comes from your reports
Michiva takes its numbers from the same calculations behind your weekly and monthly reports, each vehicle's papers and the latest GPS reading. At the end of every answer it leaves you the link so you can check it.
It works out what you asked
The model you chose, or Michiva's keywords when there is no model, works out which of its questions you asked and which vehicle or day you mean.
Search your account
It reads the reports, the papers and the GPS with the permissions of whoever is asking. If your role can't see something, it tells you.
It answers with the source
It builds the answer from those figures, says what it checked and leaves you the link to the report or to that day on the map.
When it can change something, it will ask you first
Today Michiva only answers. What's coming is that it also gives you a heads-up and proposes changes, like messaging each customer on WhatsApp when you approve the routes or suggesting who should take the deliveries if a pickup breaks down. Every change will wait for your confirmation, and if someone edits one of those jobs before you confirm, the proposal is checked again.
Approve the routes and it lets every customer know on WhatsApp
Each customer gets the time their order arrives and a link to follow it.
If a pickup breaks down, it suggests who should take its deliveries
When you confirm, the other vehicle picks up the stops and its driver sees them in Dromivia.
It tells you early what's worth checking
It might be stock that won't cover an order, an invoice the SII rejected, an order a customer turned down or a phone that stopped sending its location.
It tells you who braked hardest and shows you where it happened
It sorts the week's hard braking by vehicle and by hour, so you can talk it through with each driver.
The films use the sample account. The map of Santiago comes from OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors) and the terrain from Copernicus.
What Michiva reads doesn't give it orders
A note on an order or a document can carry text written to trick an assistant. Michiva treats it like any other text, because what it can see and what it can do is decided on the server, based on your company and your role.
It sees what you see
It answers with your company's data and your role's permissions. If you ask about something your role can't see, it tells you.
Your data doesn't train models
Drometra doesn't use your company's data to train models unless you agree to it in writing.
When he doesn't know, he says it.
If a question doesn't match what it can answer, it tells you and shows you the questions it does know.
Each change is recorded
When Michiva prepares changes, every proposal and every confirmation will be recorded with the name of whoever confirmed it and the time.
Where each part stands
Anything marked as supported already works in the console. Anything planned is switched on once it passes its tests with real data.
