In summary

We use your data just to evaluate your postulation, not for anything else.
We do not ask for sensitive data or information about your socio-economic situation.
If you are not selected, we will keep your postulation 12 months, or 24 if you authorize us.
We don't use automated systems to rule out nominations.

01What we get

The data from your curriculum: identification, contact, training, experience and references that you include.
What you tell us in the interviews and the notes we take.
The results of the technical tests, if the process provides for them.
Professional public profiles, when the links in your postulation.

We do not ask for or want marital status, socio-economic status, political or trade union affiliation, beliefs, ethnic origin, health, sexual orientation or gender identity. If they appear in your curriculum because you decided to include them, we do not consider them in the evaluation.

About the worrying exam

If the charge requires it, we only receive the aptitude result - fit or unfit - never the clinical detail, which is left with the health provider.

02What do we use them for?

To assess your candidacy for the post you nominated and, if you allow it, to others who are opened later. The basis for legality are the pre-contractual measures requested by you, and the consent for extended conservation.

There is no automated download. Any decision to move forward or not is made by a person, and you can ask us to explain the reason.

03How much we keep them

Status	Deadline
Not selected, without authorization for future processes	12 months from process closure
Not selected, with your permission	24 months, renewable if you confirm
Contract	Go to your work folder, with the time limits of the labour regulations
Remove your postulation	It is deleted within 30 days

04Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification or deletion of your postulation at any time, writing to [email protected]. Withdrawal does not harm you in future processes, and we do not leave record that you did it beyond the suppression itself.
