01Principles

  • Integrity: We do not promise the skills we have and the figures we cannot support. In a sector where overcompensation is common, this is a commercial decision as well as ethics.
  • Compliance: We respect the law of each market where we operate, and in particular the rules on data protection and labour.
  • Respect: We do not tolerate discrimination, labour harassment or sexual harassment, in any way or by anyone, regardless of their position.
  • Confidentiality: the information of customers, partners and colleagues is protected during and after the link.
  • Transparency: conflicts of interest are declared before they become a problem, not when someone finds out.

02Conduct against data

We have technical access to information that reveals where a person was, how they drove, and what a camera recorded. Being able to access it is not an authorization to do so.

  • No data from a client is accessed without a registered and cut-off cause.
  • A person's information is not consulted out of curiosity, affinity or personal distrust.
  • No information is shared by one client with another, even anecdotal in a commercial conversation.
  • No data are drawn from personal equipment or accounts.
  • Inadequate access to personal data is an immediate cause, and is brought to the attention of the authority where appropriate.

03Anti-corruption and conflicts of interest

We do not offer, promise or accept any payment, gift or benefit intended to unduly influence a commercial or administrative decision. The prohibition reaches the facilitation payments and contributions channelled through third parties.

  • Any attention or gift on a symbolic threshold is declared and recorded.
  • Personal or economic relations with a client, supplier or competitor are declared before participating in a decision involving them.
  • The highest standard is required in public procurement and tendering: no management outside the formal channels of the process.

Ley 21.595 · Economic crimes and environmental attacks

It increases the criminal responsibility of legal persons and strengthens the requirements of crime prevention models, including effective management and monitoring duties.

Official text of the rule

04Channel of complaints

Any person - worker, supplier, client, customer driver or third party - can report conduct contrary to this code by writing to [email protected].

  1. 1.We'll get a receipt within 3 working days.
  2. 2.The investigation is conducted by a person without any connection to the facts or to those involved.
  3. 3.Anonymous reports are allowed; lack of identification is no reason to file.
  4. 4.We inform the result to whom you reported, within what the confidentiality of third parties allows.
  5. 5.The file has been kept for 5 years since its closure.

Prohibition of reprisals

No person can be disconnected, punished, degraded, isolated or harmed for having reported in good faith, even though the complaint is not finally credited. A reprisal is in itself a serious violation of this code.

Complaints of labour or sexual harassment are also processed in accordance with the procedure required by Law No. 21.643, with the time limits and instances that this rule provides, including the possibility of direct recourse to the Labour Inspectorate.
