To whom it applies
Suppliers, distributors, installers and integration partners

In summary

  • Our standards do not stop at the limit of the company.
  • We demand verifiable work performance, not just declared.
  • A partner can't promise capabilities that the product doesn't have.
  • Serious non-compliance ends the relationship, regardless of the volume it represents.

This summary guides the reading and does not replace the text of the document.

01Working conditions

  • Full compliance with labour and insurance legislation, which can be accredited by a certificate of compliance in force.
  • The absolute prohibition of child and forced labour throughout the chain.
  • Freedom of association and collective bargaining respected without obstruction.
  • Hygiene and safety conditions in accordance with the regulations, with special attention to field and height work for installers.
  • A free environment of discrimination and harassment, with a complaint channel available.

02Data and information protection

  • If you treat data on our own, sign the relevant treatment agreement before you receive the first data.
  • No use of data from a Drometra client for own purposes, including commercial prospecting.
  • It was not possible to subcontract treatment without express and written authorization.
  • Notification of security incidents within 24 hours of detection.
  • The installers do not retain access credentials to the platform after completing the work.

03Commercial conduct

  • Do not promise capabilities, performance figures or deadlines that the product does not support. A sale won with a false promise is a problem for us as soon as it is delivered.
  • Do not appear as Drometra or suggest a different relationship than it exists.
  • Do not offer or accept undue payments to get or maintain business.
  • To declare any conflict of interest before participating in an opportunity.
  • Respect the acceptable use policy when setting up the platform for a customer.

04Verification and consequences

We can request supporting documentation, make agreed visits and request time-bound action plans. In the face of a non-compliance, we give a reasonable time to correct; in the face of serious non-compliance - child or forced labour, abuse of personal data, corruption - the relationship ends immediately, regardless of the volume it represents.

Any person may report a non-compliance of a supplier or partner of ours to [email protected] the same guarantees of confidentiality and not retaliation of the general code.
