- Customers and users of the platform
In summary
- We forbid the covert follow-up of people: it is the line that does not cross.
- We forbid using the platform to monitor those who have no employment or contractual relationship with the client.
- We act in stages: warning, function restriction, and suspension only if it persists.
- In the light of the evidence of an offence against a person, we are not waiting for the next stage.

01Uses we don't admit
- Undercover follow-up: track a person who has not been informed that the vehicle or device is monitored.
- Monitoring outside the employment relationship: use the platform to follow family, ex-partners, competitors, journalists, trade union leaders or any other person outside the operation.
- Control of trade union activity: use position, video or day to identify participation in trade union or representation activities.
- Discrimination: use data for decisions based on protected categories.
- Automated without revision: to apply disciplinary measures derived exclusively from an automatic score or event, without human review or the right to discharge.
- Use exceeding the information: to capture or retain beyond what has been declared to the holders and what is permitted by the rules of procedure.
- Recording or transfer of data: to place on the market the data of drivers or third parties captured by camera.
- Technical abuse: try to access data from another tenant, jump API limits, do reverse engineering of the service or test its security outside the responsible disclosure framework.
02Why does this policy exist?
A platform that knows where a vehicle is in real time and that can record video is, technically, a surveillance instrument. What keeps it from being one is the framework in which it is used: disclosed, limited, for safety and operational purposes, and with rules known to those being observed.
To write this policy is to recognize that this framework can be broken, and to commit to act when that happens. A supplier who does not have such a policy is not that he does not have the problem: he has not decided what he will do when he appears.
03How we act
- 1.We contact the customer's administrator, describe the observed behavior and ask for explanation within 10 working days.
- 2.If the explanation is not satisfactory, we restrict the specific function involved and leave it in writing.
- 3.If the conduct persists, we suspend service in accordance with general conditions.
- 4.In cases with an indication of an offence against a person, we act immediately without exhausting the previous stages, and make the background available to the competent authority.
We do not monitor the content of our customers' accounts by looking for violations: that would be exactly the kind of surveillance this policy rejects. We act in the face of a report, an incidental finding during support or an objective technical signal.
How to report
Any person - driver, worker, third party concerned - may report abuse of the [email protected] treat the report confidentially and do not reveal the identity of the person who reports to the client involved.
