Communications and preferences

Last update
10 September 2026
Version
2.0
To whom it applies
Subscribers, commercial contacts and platform users

In summary

  • We separate commercial communications from the operational ones: only the first ones depend on your consent.
  • Each commercial mail has a low link that works on one click, without asking you to log in.
  • We don't share your mail with third parties to be contacted.
  • Discharge does not affect the service contracted.

Operational notices cannot be deactivated because they are part of the service: not knowing about a scheduled maintenance or a vulnerability that affects you would be an injury, not a respected preference.

02How to change your preferences

  • The down-to-foot link of each commercial mail works in one click. We do not ask you to log in or explain why.
  • The preference center allows you to choose by type, rather than force you to choose between everything or nothing.
  • You can also write to [email protected] and we apply it within 5 working days.

Pending

The self-managed preference center is enabled when connecting the mail platform. Meanwhile, the download is processed by the mail link or in writing.

03Frequency and content

The newsletter is monthly. Product news follows the version's pace, with a maximum of two emails per month. We do not send commercial emails outside that cadence, and we do not sell or give up your mail for a third party to contact you.
