Oil and gas

Trips followed even if the signal is cut and closed deliveries with the meter reading.

Tank trucks that go up to remote works and liquefied gas deliveries from home to house. Drometra follows the journey even if the signal is cut and closes each delivery with what the meter marked.

Illustrative scene of oil and gas created for Drometra.

Three problems we know by memory

That each liter that leaves the plant ends in a measured and signed delivery, and that the driver on a remote route does not go blind to the base when the signal is cut.

The truck entered the mountain range and from there we know nothing.

The last point on the map is two hours ago, at the entrance of the hill. The base does not know if the truck is downloading, stopped or with a problem.

The map shows the time of the last data of each truck, so the base distinguishes an old data from a stopped truck. Dromivia continues to keep track and unsignalled closures and it lifts them when the network returns, and the blind section is completed later.

What we left set up
We connect your trucks' GPS, install Dromivia on each driver's phone and mark with you the sections where the signal is lost.
What you got next
A dispatcher who knows how much silence is normal on each route and when to call.

The client says there's less fuel coming in than we billed.

The dispatch guide says an amount, the customer's pond rod marks another and the discussion starts a week later, with the bill already issued.

Dromivia closes each download with the reading of the truck meter, its photo and the signature of the recipient. The reading is next to the dispatch guide, with the time and place of the download, and the invoice comes out with that number.

What we left set up
We put together the closure of each type of delivery: what reading you ask, what photos and who signs in the factory or in the house.
What you got next
Each delivery measured and signed before the invoice comes out.

The driver goes alone, at night, on a road of work

A low tank of the factory after hours waiting for discharge shift, or a liquefied gas truck lengthens the rural distribution until late.

Drometra shows the driving hours and the arrests of each driver in the shift, and the rules and alerts warn when someone exceeds your policy. Vision adds driving events from the phone.

What we left set up
We charge the driving and rest rules that your company already applies and we define who gets each notice.
What you got next
You know who's been on the wheel for too many hours before he's assigned the next trip.

A tank heading for a factory in the mountain range

The truck leaves the plant with the full pond and the dispatch guide for a four-hour workstation. Half way it enters an area without a signal. The driver unloads, photographs the meter and the firm; everything appears on the console when the truck goes down and recovers.

  1. Load in the plant

The journey comes with its destination, the dispatch guide and the amount charged inside the work.

  2. Route without signal

Dromivia continues to show the road map and keeps everything encrypted on the phone until the network returns.

  3. Discharge measured

The driver notes the reading of the meter, the photograph and the client signs the received.

A download in a work without coverage

  1. What happens

The tank reaches a high level and there is no signal in the pond yard. The manager wants to sign and dispatch the truck; at the base, the map marks a final data of an hour ago.

  2. What the team does

The driver closes the delivery at Dromivia with the reading of the meter, the photo and the signature of the manager, all without a signal. On the downside, the phone recovers coverage and synchronizes.

  3. How it ends

The base sees the full trip and the measured download minutes after the truck returns to the network. The bill comes out with the signed reading and, if there is a claim, the photo is already there.

Questions you'll be able to answer

Every answer comes out of what your team already records at work. No one has to set up a spreadsheet for that.

How much do we load in the plant and how much do we deliver measured?

Quantity charged on each trip against the sum of the meter readings of your signed deliveries.

You find differences by truck or by route and converts before they become a claim.

What are the most time-consuming routes without a signal?

Tramos of each route between the last data received and the reconnection, on the map.

You set the driver's contact hours and tell the remote client what to expect.

Who drove more hours this week than your policy allows?

Driving hours by driver, taken from the GPS tour and from the turn at Dromivia.

You rearm the assignment of the following week before the tiredness is noticed on the route.

Your first weeks with Drometra

  1. Day 1: We connect the GPS of your trucks and load plants, customers and remote destinations.
  2. Week 1: drivers close each download in Dromivia with reading, photo and signature.
  3. Week 2: We mark the sections without coverage and activate the rules of driving and rest.
  4. Month 1: We cross with you what is loaded in the plant with what is delivered measured and we adjust the closures.
