Utilities

The emergency attended to by the nearest crew, without losing what is scheduled.

A water cut in the middle of the afternoon, squadrons spread out in maintenance and a single pen truck. Drometra shows you who is closest, what vehicle he is carrying and what scheduled work moves if you take it out.

Three problems we know by memory

Let each emergency come out with the right crew and vehicle, and let the scheduled work that moves back to the agenda with date and owner.

We sent the nearest crew, and he didn't have the pen truck.

The crew is five minutes away by van. The post needs a pen and the only one is at the other end of the commune, in a maintenance.

On the live map of the Platform each crew appears with its vehicle: truck, pen truck or hydrojet. The dispatcher chooses with the distance and the equipment in sight, and assigns the work from there.

What we left set up
We charge your squads, their vehicles and each other's specialty, and we connect the GPS that the trucks already carry.
What you got next
Emergency assignments made by equipment and distance, not just by distance.

We respond to the emergency and the planned maintenance is gone.

The crew leaves the reading of half-meters to go to the court. The next day no one takes back the twenty directions that were missing.

Michiva prepares the reassignment: it shows which programmed jobs are left without a crew if you move one to the emergency and proposes to whom to pass them. The dispatcher confirms and each work moved remains with new date and a crew.

What we left set up
We split your types of work between emergency and scheduled, with each one's priority.
What you got next
Every scheduled work that was moved returns to the agenda with date and crew.

We closed the order with a "standard" and nothing more.

The service was reinstated, but there is no reading of the meter, no photo of the splinter, no note of the need to change the camera cap on Monday.

Dromivia asks in the closure what each type of work requires: the reading, the photo of the before and the after and the slope if there is. If a photo is missing, the work remains with pending evidence and the supervisor sees it on the console.

What we left set up
We arm with you the closure of each type of work: what readings, what photos and what earrings can be left open.
What you got next
Orders closed with the reading and the photo that your technical area is asking for.

A post on the ground at 3: 00 p.m.

Four quadrillos are in scheduled maintenance of meters and luminaires. At three a warning comes in: a post and cables on the sidewalk. The dispatcher sees on the map that the band with a pen truck is 15 minutes away, takes it out of its work and the maintenance passes in the morning.

  1. Get the notice in.

The emergency comes as a work with direction, priority and the type of crew you need.

  2. The crew comes out.

On the map you can see who is near and with which vehicle; the order reaches your Dromivia with the route.

  3. Close at the point

The crew closes with the meter reading, photos of the before and after and what was left pending.

A hit post and a maintenance that was not lost

  1. What happens

A car takes down a post on an avenue and leaves a sector without light. The four teams of the shift are in scheduled maintenance.

  2. What the team does

The dispatcher sees that the band with a pen truck is 15 minutes away and assigns the emergency. Michiva shows that its afternoon maintenance is left without owner and proposes to pass it to the first end of the crew.

  3. How it ends

The emergency is closed with photos of the new post and the replacement time. Maintenance is done the next day because it is on the agenda, not on someone's memory.

Questions you'll be able to answer

Every answer comes out of what your team already records at work. No one has to set up a spreadsheet for that.

How long does an emergency take from the notice to the replacement?

Time of notice, allocation, arrival and closure of each emergency, from the Platform and Dromivia.

You see if the delay is in assigning, in getting there or at work, and you decide where the squads are waiting.

How many programmed jobs did we move through emergencies this month?

Scheduled work reassigned or reprogrammed by an emergency, with the crew that came out.

You decide if a guard crew is needed or if emergencies are better distributed between shifts.

What sectors do they call us over and over again for the same fault?

Emergencies grouped by sector and type of failure, on the map.

You bring to the technical area the list of networks that should be renewed before the winter.

Your first weeks with Drometra

  1. Day 1: We connect the GPS of your trucks and we load quadrillas, vehicles and work types.
  2. Week 1: the quadrillas receive and close their work in Dromivia, with reading and photo.
  3. Week 2: We separate emergencies from programmed and set emergency alerts without a crew.
  4. Month 1: We measure with you the times of each emergency and define where the guard crew is appropriate.
