Waste and recycling

Each container marked as empty or inaccessible, with the photo behind it.

Collection routes with hundreds of containers, cars parked on top and claims that arrive two days later. Drometra leaves each container marked as empty or inaccessible, with the photo that proves it.

Illustrative scene of waste and recycling created for Drometra.

Three problems we know by memory

That each container of the route ends the empty shift or with a reason and a photo, and that each trip to the plant comes with its weight.

The claim comes and we don't know if the truck emptied that container.

A neighbor says that his container has been full for three days. GPS shows that the truck went through the street, but that doesn't say if it emptied it.

In Dromivia each container is a stop that is closed: emptied, inaccessible or without waste. Each lock saves the time and place where it was marked and, if it is an exception, the photo. The console responds the claim with the exact container, not with the line of the route.

What we left set up
We load your routes with your containers and leave the non-emptied reasons your operation uses: car on top, damaged container, closed access.
What you got next
The answer to the claim, with photo and time, the same day.

The industrial client discusses a retreat we did.

One company asks for the withdrawal of its hopper every Tuesday. One week it says that no one was; another, that the hopper was almost empty and it is not appropriate to collect it.

Each company retreat is a work with your client in the Platform. Dromivia closes it with a photo of the hopper before loading and signing the manager, and the work is ready to billing by Bsale or another connected emitter.

What we left set up
We import your industrial customers with their awnings and frequencies, and we connect your electronic billing emitter.
What you got next
Withdrawals signed by the client and billed without crossing spreadsheets.

The kilos of the Roman do not fit with any route

At the end of the month the plant reports tons per truck and no one can say which route or which customer left each trip.

Each download in plant, filling or clean point is a stop of the trip, with the weight of the Roman ticket and its photo. Drometra brings that weight together with the route and the withdrawals that the truck made before downloading.

What we left set up
Let's map your plants, fillings and clean points, and define how the weight of each download is recorded.
What you got next
Tons per route and per client, each with its roman ticket behind it.

Night shift on a collection route

The 12 truck leaves at 10: 00 with seventy containers on the road map. In a narrow street a car covers the container and the peeta does not get close to it. The driver takes the photo, makes it inaccessible and follows; in the morning the supervisor already knows why it was filled.

  1. Carried route

Each container is a stop of the road map in Dromivia, with its direction and type.

  2. Empty or blocked

Vaciar is a touch; if it was not possible, the driver chooses the motive and takes the photo.

  3. Plant weight

When you download, the ticket of the Roman is photographed and the weight remains on that journey.

A car parked in front of container 38

  1. What happens

The shift passes through a narrow street and a car covers the 38 container. The peonet cannot move it and the truck has forty more containers ahead of it.

  2. What the team does

The driver marks 38 as inaccessible in Dromivia and photographs the car in front of the container. The supervisor sees it on the console and adds it to the next morning route.

  3. How it ends

The container is empty the other day. When the municipality asks for the claim, the answer goes with the photo, the time and the new withdrawal already made.

Questions you'll be able to answer

Every answer comes out of what your team already records at work. No one has to set up a spreadsheet for that.

What containers remain unemptied for the same reason every week?

Closed stops as inaccessible, grouped by container and by reason.

You ask the municipality for a demarcation, you change the time of the sector, or you move the container.

How much does each route pick up in a week?

Weights of the download tickets added by truck and by route of the shift.

Equiliums routes that arrive saturated to the plant with others that come back to half fill.

How many company withdrawals were unsigned this month?

Closed removal work without the customer's signature or with the photo pending, from Dromivia closures.

You solve them before you billed and not after the claim.

Your first weeks with Drometra

  1. Day 1: We load your routes and containers from your spreadsheet and mark on the map clean plants and points.
  2. Week 1: one truck per base comes out with Dromivia and closes each container on the phone.
  3. Week 2: add the rest of the trucks, the withdrawals to companies and the weight of each download.
  4. Month 1: We see with you the inaccessible points that are repeated and we adjust routes or schedules.
