Institutional fleets

Shared appeals with your order, withdrawal and return in order.

Universities, hospitals and foundations with cars that use many people and are not from anyone. Drometra orders the order, the withdrawal and the return, and knows who has each car at this time.

Illustrative scene of institutional fleets created for Drometra.

Three problems we know by memory

That each car shared always has someone in charge, that each return says what state it returns to and that the use outside the authorized is seen on the same day, not in the liquidation of the fuel card.

No one knows who's got the van now.

The keys are not in the locker, the doorway book says "9: 00 output" with an illegible signature and the next user has been waiting for half an hour.

In the Platform each car is assigned to a person and a schedule, and the retreat is confirmed in Dromivia when starting. The administration sees on the map where the car is and until when that person has it.

What we left set up
We charge the cars, the people authorized to drive by area and the way they are asked for today, be it mail, form or ironing.
What you got next
An immediate response to "who has the car?," with name, destination and time of return.

Come back with a rayon and everyone swears it was already there.

The car appears with the bumper marked and the pond in reserve. It was used by three people that week and none left a note.

Dromivia requests the inspection of withdrawal and the inspection of return, with photos and fuel level. A new damage appears between two inspections and is associated with the appropriate use, with the time of each photo.

What we left set up
We set up the withdrawal and return inspection for each type of vehicle and define who gets the notice of a new damage.
What you got next
Every damage with date, photo and use in which it appeared.

The car left on Saturday and there was no order

The fuel card shows a charge on a Sunday on the coast, in a hospital car assigned only for the week.

Drometra's rules and alerts warn when a car leaves the premises without an existing order or outside the authorized time. The alert comes to the administration with the route and the last person assigned.

What we left set up
We draw the guarding facilities, load the authorized times by type of use and choose who each alert comes to.
What you got next
The unauthorized use detected on the same day, with the data to talk about it.

Eight in the morning at the campus doorway

An academic takes the van away for a field trip with students. Before starting the car with Dromivia and photographes a rayon at the back door that no one had warned. At six, she returns it with half a pond, and who uses it tomorrow already knows how to get it.

  1. Request for motive

The person in need of a car asks for it with date, destination and motive, and the administration assigns it to the Platform.

  2. Withdrawal with inspection

When you withdraw, Dromivia requests photos, mileage and fuel level before starting.

  3. Return and status

When you return the inspection is repeated, and a new damage is left with photo, date and use in which it appeared.

The college van, on a Monday with the pond on reserve

  1. What happens

On Monday at 8: 00, Extensión withdrew the van for a fair in Rancagua and found it with the pond in reserve and the right mirror loose. On Friday, another academic unit had returned it, without notice.

  2. What the team does

Dromivia shows Friday's return inspection: the pond was already in reserve and in the photo the mirror is loose. The administration sees it on the console without asking anyone.

  3. How it ends

The repair and loading are assigned to the use of Friday, with the photo and the time in between. The van leaves to Rancagua with the full pond and an open workshop order.

Questions you'll be able to answer
