Rental and leasing

Photos with time and place in each delivery and in each return of the vehicle.

A van comes out with a half-pond and comes back with a room, more kilometers and a rayon that no one saw when it was delivered. Drometra keeps photos with time and place in delivery and in return, on the same side and in the same order.

Illustrative scene of rental and leasing created for Drometra.

Three problems we know by memory

Let each car go out and come back with the same pattern of photos, with miles and fuel in sight, to collect what is appropriate and not discuss what is not.

The client says the rayon was there and we don't have a way to prove otherwise.

The exit inspection was a sheet with the car drawing and three crosses. On the back there is a rayon in the back door and no one knows if it's new.

Dromivia guides the inspector to the same pattern in delivery and return, with photo on each side, time and place. If the rayon is not in the exit photo and yes in the return, the conversation with the client is short.

What we left set up
We set up with you the pattern by type of vehicle, sedan, SUV or truck, with the points that were always photographed.
What you got next
Two photo games of the same car, back and forth, in the same order and with date.

The car came, but it's not ready for the next lease.

The van is in the yard waiting for a wash and fuel, and the counter already promised it to the ten o'clock customer.

In the Platform the return leaves the unit in preparation, with its outstanding works: washing, fuel loading and workshop if there was damage. The counter sees it available only when those works close.

What we left set up
We define with you what has to happen to make a car available again, and who marks it in each branch.
What you got next
A list of units in preparation with what they are missing, before compromising a reservation.

Kilometers, fuel and keys are hand-signed and not quadrated

The contract says 42,310 km out, the photo of the board says 42,130 and the client left with one key.

If the car has a GPS that reads the vehicle computer, Drometra takes the opometer and fuel level from there; if not, Dromivia requests the photo of the board in delivery and return. Keys and accessories go on the pattern, with quantity.

What we left set up
We connect the GPS that already have your cars and, where they don't have them, we leave the photo of the board as a mandatory step.
What you got next
Kilometers, fuel and keys for each lease, with its source in sight.

Friday at 6: 00 at the airport counter

Six returns together, two cars leaving at 7: 00 and one that still does not arrive. The inspector walks every car with the Dromivia pattern, the counter sees which unit was ready and the behind one is already on the map entering Pudahuel.

  1. Delivery with a pattern

The inspector walks the car in Dromivia: sides, board, tyres, keys and accessories, with photo at each point.

  2. Rising on

The GPS reports miles and location, and a rule warns if the return is beyond the agreed time.

  3. Paranised return

The same pattern in the same order; the inspector marks what changed to collect or discard it.

The truck that had to come back Sunday at 8: 00.

  1. What happens

A weekend rent ends on Sunday at 8: 00. At 9: 00, the van has not arrived and on Monday at 7: 00, it dates another client.

  2. What the team does

The late return rule tells the manager, who sees the van on Route 68 coming back from Viña. Call the client and change the Monday reservation to another car that is already ready.

  3. How it ends

The truck arrives at 10: 30; the return pattern shows miles, fuel and a stranded mirror. Recovering by delay and by mirror comes with photos and hours.

Questions you'll be able to answer

Every answer comes out of what your team already records at work. No one has to set up a spreadsheet for that.

How long does it take for a car back to be available again?

Hours between the return and the closure of the last preparation work, by branch and vehicle type.

You decide if a branch needs another launcher or if you're blocking reservations for a procedure.

What damage do we get and which damage do we escape?

Differences between the output and the return pattern, with what is charged, what is discarded and what is still undecided.

You see which branch delivers without full photos and where you lose money in the return.

Which customers are back late, and how much?

Closed returns after the agreed time, with the delay and the customer, from the Dromivia pattern and the car position.

You just put the slack between reservations or you ask for a greater guarantee to those who are always behind.
