Pharmaceutical

The chain of custody of each box, from the winery to the reception desk.

The drugs travel in sealed boxes, with lots, to pharmacies and clinics they receive with their pharmaceutical chemist. Drometra takes the chain of custody of each box to the reception desk.

Illustrative scene of pharmaceutical created for Drometra.

Three problems we know by memory

That each box of medicines has the owner at all times, from the storage in the cellar until the pharmaceutical chemist receives it, and that a batch retreat finds all the boxes.

A box came with a broken seal and we don't know which section it opened.

The pharmacy rejects the box. It went through the winery, a regional center and two drivers, and they all say that it was delivered sealed.

Dromivia asks for the picture of the seal and its number in each transfer, with the signature of the delivery and the receiving. The chain of custody is left in the Platform box by box, and the section where the seal changed is in sight.

What we left set up
We charge your wineries, transfer points and the stamp format you use, and we define what is photographed in each relay.
What you got next
A chain of custody per box with the exact stretch where something changed.

The driver left the antibiotics on the doorstep and the clinic says they never arrived.

The clinic has a guard, a reception and a pharmacy hold. The box was signed at the entrance and lost in a hallway.

The delivery to clinics requests name and signature of the pharmaceutical chemical or of whom he has designated. If he signs another person, the dispatch is open with pending evidence and the dispatch sees it before the clinic calls.

What we left set up
We charge every clinic and pharmacy with the persons authorized to receive and the time they are in.
What you got next
dispatch signed by the person concerned, with name, time and place.

The lab asks to remove a lot and we don't know what pharmacies it was.

The retreat alert comes on a Friday afternoon. The lot went out in forty offices and the list is distributed between guides and spreadsheets.

The lots travel on the lines of each dispatch, so the console lists all the pharmacies and clinics that received it, and Michiva answers the same question in words. The retreats come out as jobs and the driver notes on Dromivia how much he collects.

What we left set up
We bring the lots from your ERP or your winery system along with each dispatch, to travel with the box from the start.
What you got next
The list of destinations of a lot, the assigned retreats and what has already returned to the winery.

Three clinics and twelve pharmacies before two

The van comes out with sealed boxes. In the first clinic the pharmaceutical chemist is in a meeting; the driver does not leave the boxes on the doorstep, wait ten minutes and he signs in Dromivia with his name, next to the picture of the seal intact.

  1. Closure in winery

Each box comes out with the picture of his seal and his lots in the dispatch, and the console knows which van he's going into.

  2. Custody on the road

The map shows the van, and every transfer of boxes requests the signature of the person taking custody.

  3. Qualified reception

In the destination the pharmaceutical chemical is signed with its name; without that signature, the delivery is not taken for granted.

A box that changed hands four times to La Serena

  1. What happens

A sealed box leaves the Quilicura winery to a pharmacy in La Serena. It passes through a trump truck, a regional center and the delivery truck.

  2. What the team does

In each transfer, who receives the label and signature in Dromivia. In La Serena, the pharmaceutical chemistry sees the seal intact, collates the lot with the guide and signs the reception.

  3. How it ends

The dispatch closes with four signatures, four photos of the same seal and the time of each change of hands. If anyone asks about that box tomorrow, the answer is on a screen.

Questions you'll be able to answer

Every answer comes out of what your team already records at work. No one has to set up a spreadsheet for that.

What pharmacies and clinics did this lot come to?

Dispatch with that lot on its lines, with destination, date and signature of reception.

The complete list is removed on the same day the laboratory alert comes in.

How many deliveries did someone who wasn't the pharmaceutical chemist sign?

Closed reception with signature of a person other than those authorized for that purpose.

You talk to the clinic he always gets on the doorstep and you correct protocol with her.

What section of the damaged stamps do you have?

Seal photos with observation in each transfer, grouped by winery, route and driver.

You know if the problem is in the packaging, in a regional center or on a particular route.
