Drometra Spaces

What are your clients looking at, gondola by gondola.

The video is processed inside the store and only numbers come to your panel.

Bodies and looks, not knowing who.

The ceiling camera sees each person as the points of his body and estimates where he looks. No one is identified and every route is forgotten when the person leaves the picture.

Room 12 of the 4-aisle of a supermarket: a customer with the points of his body marked takes a product from the gondola.

Seconds of attention

By gondola and by level. At the height of the eyes it yields different than below.

Care rate

How many looked at a gondola of how many passed in front of it.

Look time

How much he looked, on average, who stopped.

Tour

The usual transit map, to compare it to what you look at.

From the camera to the heat map

The twin in your store is armed once. From there, each picture of each camera follows the same path.

01

Your cameras

Spaces uses the security cameras you already have. For the gondolas you care about, one of 4 MP or more is appropriate.

02

A 3D twin from your store

In a 15-minute visit the corridors are recorded with a cell phone. From there the plant comes out in meters, with each gondola and each camera in place.

A line comes out of the customer's head to the gondola and leaves hot spots on the products he looks at.
03

Where he looks

A model estimates the point that each person looks at from the whole scene, although the camera does not see his eyes. That point is crossed with the gondola of the twin.

04

The heat of each gondola

The seconds of attention are added by gondola, level and time. Only one who walks slow or stops, to separate the one who looked from the one who passed.

The video doesn't come out of your store.

  • A team inside the premises processes the cameras and discards the video.
  • No facial recognition and no follow-up from day to day.
  • To Drometra come counts and seconds per gondola every 15 minutes, only when there were enough people not to show anyone in particular.
  • Visible letters in the store and a clause in your contract.

Before leaving, each pilot is reviewed against Act No. 21,719 on personal data, which has been in force since 1 December 2026.

Then, cross your sales

Later on, Spaces joins with what you sell to show which gondola attracts many looks and sells little. That's why you decide what to move from place.

We're looking for shops for the pilot.
