Tracking links

Each order can have a link the recipient opens without an account or password to see when their delivery arrives, on a page that keeps itself up to date.

An operator or administrator issues it for an order. The response includes the link's address, a message ready to send and a WhatsApp link with that message. Drometra doesn't send it; your team or your system does.

The full address only appears in that response: Drometra stores a fingerprint of the token and can't show it again. Issuing another link for the same order voids the previous one.

Qué ve el destinatario

Your company's name, the order reference, the state, the estimated time, how many deliveries are left before theirs, the driver's first name and, only on the last stretch, an approximate position. Never other addresses, other customers, the license plate or the exact route. The page refreshes every 45 seconds with a route and every 5 minutes while the order doesn't have one.

Vencimiento y revocación

The link expires 14 days after the delivery is closed, and at most 30 days after it was issued. It can be revoked at any time. An unknown, expired or revoked link gives the same response, so it gives nothing away.
